The Moto G22 is a great smartphone, but it’s well curved and looks well maintained. This model is approx 8.5 mm, whereas for iPhone 13 it is 7.7 mm and for Galaxy S22 it is 7.6 mm, so you can see that there is some saving in terms of dimensions of the handset.
It’s all plastic, as you’d expect at a price like this, but a phone like this doesn’t feel cheap or weak in any way. You’ll find a small and pointed Motorola logo just on the front of the phone and a camera bump in the top left corner. This makes a little more sense than the case, but in this regard it is not the worst we have ever seen.
Your color options are cosmic black, and more vibrant iceberg blue. In both cases, when light falls on it, there is a slight shimmering effect on the face, which adds a little premium touch to a beautiful look and which can be achieved in many ways. There is no rating for the Moto G22, although Motorola says that It is “water repellent”. It looks like it can handle a few drops of rain, but it won’t survive a full dip in a bathtub or swimming pool.
