Motorola Signature 27 Teaser Hints at a Swarovski Edition

After a long hiatus, Motorola is working on launching a premium flagship smartphone in the US, and the company has quietly uploaded a teaser for the ‘Motorola Signature 27’ on its European website. The teaser—which appeared briefly—revealed the camera module but did not show much of the device’s overall design.

The teaser featured the tagline “A New Perspective Is Coming” and invited visitors to sign up for updates; however, the promotional pop-up was later removed from the website. Apart from a clear view of the camera module—which reveals at least two lenses—the teaser did not disclose specifications, pricing, or a launch date for the Motorola smartphone. This brief glimpse suggests that Motorola is accelerating work on its new premium smartphone series.

Motorola has not yet provided specific details regarding the ‘Signature’ model; the information remains incomplete. A teaser gave users a glimpse of a ‘Crystals by Swarovski’ promotional pop-up, though the content failed to load on the website.

It is possible that Motorola might introduce a special edition of the ‘Signature 27’ featuring Swarovski crystals. Motorola has a history of collaborating with Swarovski, having previously showcased a special crystal-studded edition of the Razr 70 at IFA.

Motorola Signature specifications

Motorola launched its first ‘Signature’ phone in the Indian market in January 2026—a device that had previously been teased—and the upcoming Motorola Signature model is expected to follow a similar format. The January launch model was priced at approximately ₹59,999 in India and featured the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chip, a 6.8-inch 1.5K LTPO AMOLED display with a 165Hz refresh rate.

For photography, the device included a 50-megapixel main rear camera, a secondary 50-megapixel sensor, and a 50MP selfie camera. It was launched with a 5,000mAh silicon-carbon battery, supporting 90W wired charging and 50W wireless charging. Additionally, features such as IP68 and IP69 ratings, Gorilla Glass Victus 2, and a commitment to seven years of OS and security updates made it an excellent overall package.

While details are scarce, a teaser for Motorola’s upcoming signature smartphone suggests that the company is preparing for a major upgrade in imaging capabilities. Work is underway to enhance the camera system for Gen Z in this new generation, although no specific details regarding the ‘Signature 27’ camera specifications have been revealed yet.

According to official news, Motorola has not yet released a teaser for its new ‘Signature’ model smartphone in India. Since this is a high-end smartphone, it is better not to rush; potential buyers might want to wait for the Signature model, especially given that premium iPhones are often quite expensive for the average Indian consumer. Motorola intends to challenge Apple’s premium iPhone models with this Signature device, particularly considering the very high price point of foldable iPhones.
